Tony and Mark are fantastic and my husband and i have been using them for years. They are super professional, experienced mechanics and extremely helpful. . i never hesitate to contact them with s problem and they are always willing to go that extra mile to help me.. They always ring me up to remind me my MOT is due and they called me up to remind me, are very tactful when my husband forgets to go back and pay them, and rang me when my elderly mum paid them twice, what a super service. thanks ??

My wife and I have used A&S Autos for over 30 years to service and repair our cars.. They are always very friendly and professional taking time to explain what work on the cars is needed and the costs involved which we have a always found reasonable

First time obtaining a MOT and Service for my vehicle in Essex and went to A&S Autos (Romford) on recommendation of long term customer. Fabulous customer service. Talked me through the process and identified history document I should bring to ensure all work carried out was appropriate. Was considerate to the time it would take me to travel back to collect vehicle when they rang to inform me of pick up time. Very friendly staff and reasonable price for work done. Will be returning in a years time!

I had a new engine fitted to my Ford Focus. Everything was fine apart from the engine light on the dashboard. The garage that fitted the engine didn't know what was wrong. After several garages fail to get the light out I was recommended to A & S Autos. Car fixed, light out. Perfect. So happy

MY FORD B-MAX HAD A LIGHTS ON DASH BOARD (TRACTION CONTROL AND ABS APPERENTLEY). WAS EXPECTING A THE WORSE BUT WAS SORTED WITH STEERING ALIGNMENT AND CALIBRATION. SO HAPPY.
