Our car was badly damaged from an RTC and our insurance providers wanted us to use their approved garage for repairs, however they wouldn’t make availability for us for several months. We approached Abbey Autos (who we’d used for MOT’s and minor repairs numerous times before) for help. Their helpful, honest and friendly staff took away all of our stresses, advising the damage could be repaired within 3 days work and that they’d begin work immediately upon receipt of the parts. They ordered the parts themselves and dealt with our insurers on our behalf. Sure enough, the parts were delivered a few days later and our car was taken in for repairs. Abbey Autos completed the work ahead of schedule and kept us updated on a daily basis during their works. I know first hand how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic/car repairer these days, especially with having such little knowledge on how these things work etc. So it was beyond relieving to have all the stresses taken away and the work done precisely to quote, time scale and above all, quality! Huge thanks to Abbey Autos. We will definitely always go there before anywhere else.
