Helpful, complete the work when they say they will and explain in "plain English" things that are wrong. They are fair and polite. Will continue to return to them for all my car problems. MOT and service because they do a good job.

My daughter took my car for MOT, when ready my daughter picked up my car, as I the car owner was in Hospital all of the time, Great service.

Despite problems with supplier sending wrong part twice, when the part finally arrived I was only charged for 1 hours labour. Excellent Service.

Ive been using BW AUTOS for 20+ years, they are efficient/ hard working / well manned. They explain what they need to do to fix. You car and why it needs doing, they are good value and do not charge excessively. My service from them has been excellent.
