Good communication from initial telephone call to book my Car Service & MOT, to collection of the car afterwards.. No details of any cost packages for Service levels and MOT - would have been useful to know if there were any and what Service levels applied to my car eg. for it's mileage level.. Overall, the car has been passed for another year of trouble-free motoring, so all good !
