Reception Chloe and Zoe had clear voices on the phone, my hearing is not so good, but they were east to hear! Phoned me with an accurate quote and the day to do the work. The work was done Chloe phoned me with pick up time. Excellent clear invoice, service book was stamped, service indicator turned back, car was ready for pick up. Car was parked in an east place to drive away. What more could you ask for!! Perfect

Jaguar XE bought recently had emissions problems. Garage that sold me the car failed to fix despite my taking it back to them. Rang Chloe at CR Allen who booked it in same day. Super efficient, friendly and family run business that delivers results every time. Car fixed with a required software update that fixed asblue issues. Running sweet now - highly recommend this fantastic garage to anyone with a JLR vehicle.

From the first contact by telephone I found the reception very willing? to find an appointment suitable to my requirements ( an MOT ) in this instance. The initial? call was taken promptly and politely as were all subsequent, my estimate was prepared and e mailed the following day. The technician completed the job in good time so no hanging around ,and the follow up, planned appointment arranged with very little lead time. Very happy to recommend this company to all.
