This was the first time that I had taken my car to this garage for a full service and they phoned me during the service to tell me about a nail in the rear tyre, wearing of brakes and discs and ask if I wanted new spark plugs and pollen filter. The man at the reception desk was friendly and the work was carried out as requested

This is the second time I have taken my car there and their customer service is great. I am a new driver and do not know anything about cars and they always take the time to explain everything in detail. Cartell MOT and Service Ltd always goes above and beyond no matter how big or small the problem and they always take time to answer any questions I may have. My last visit (9/11/22) was for an MOT resulting in 4 new tyres - which they managed to do in an afternoon! I also used them this summer for a full service and popped in on a separate occasion when my bonnet didn't open, they didn't overcharge and explained the problem and resolution clearly. I've tried garages closer to where I live in the past but since using Cartell, wouldn't think about going anywhere else!
