I am really pleased about the service which I got today from Chapmans Autocentre !!!, since my last 8 year experience in car service industries, across the UK , I never seen this sort of professionalism, Honest suggestions and punctuality!!!. . I really recommend these auto Centre with my family and friends!

First of all the customer service was amazing, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I turned up a day before my actual service appointment but they were kind enough to service my car that same day, they didn't turn me away as I thought they would. Raivi was my technician such a lovely lad, he was able to sit me down to breakdown in simple terms all the car parts I needed to replace and why. I've been taken advantage of in the past when it comes to garages, it’s nice to finally have a garage where you don’t feel cheated. Amaziiiiiiing ????
