Concept Motors have adopted all the codes and practice directives that are recommended by the Motor Ombudsman. Concept Motors only provide parts and fluids that are specified as Original Equipment (OE), or those matched as quality equivalent parts in accordance with vehicles manufacturer's service schedules. This process therefore does then not affect any existing manufacturer warranty on your vehicle. All our expert technicians are fully qualified, and no work will be undertaken unless we have prior authorisation.
