About Us...
The Isle of Skye's Longest Established Garage
We are a family run business, established in the late 1950’s. When Ewen MacRae first took over the business from Storment and Maclean they were a Massey Ferguson dealer.
Throughout the years after that we have traded as British Leyland, Rover, Renault, Volkswagen, Ford dealers and a Unipart centre.
We are now on our fourth generation in the business with Ewen’s son Donald running the business, his son Donnie as service manager, daughter Lorraine the shop manager and two of Donald’s grandchildren Grant and Nicole in the recovery and service department.

Car broke down on isla skye we where toed to Ewen Macrae West end garage through the AAServices . The Technician was quick to pick up our car and take it to there garage . The Technician was vert good and kind to take us up to the local town for us to get a bus or something to eat . Excellent service. we where very worried about been so far from home and not knowing our way about and it was a great help from the Technician to go out of his way to take us to the local town where everything was to help us on our way

Their appointment system is most efficient, the technicians are helpful and polite, and most importantly they are excellent at fixing motors. Best garage in the area, had my ford looked after by them, now my volvo, fully recommend. had an alternator problem, car got towed away on easter monday, ready to collect on wednesday. surprisingly good
