Absolutely fantastic. Car collected from home on time. The service work carried out on the day and returned to us just a.fter 1700hrs. THe car was still spotless as in the morning. Will continue using the company as a 5 star rating is fully justified

Very helpful, explained exactly what was needed and likely cost before any work was done, didn't panic when they were delivered the wrong part. Assuming I don't get any issues with my 'now working' air con...would recommend.

Highly recommend FRM Automotive. I had an issue with my Honda Civics air conditioning and struggled to find a garage that could fix the issue. FRM quickly diagnosed and quoted for a fix which was undertaken very quickly and did sort my air conditioning. Thanks again to the whole team!

Have taken my car here on several occasions now. This time they even picked up my car from my home and brought it back after the work was completed which suited me perfectly. A friendly and reliable service, very honest and give great advice. Would recommend to others and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

As usual with Francis & the other members of the team there is no bother and tooth sucking with any repairs that are required. Plain straight forward talking with clear, concise costings.. I will not use another garage as long as Francis has one. None of this "it could be this it could be that" Francis has, in the past, diagnosed issues on my way to his garage at 7pm!!!. Cant rate FRM highly enough, great garage, great people.
