Our car was dropped off at 9:15am for an MOT. Jason had asked us to drop it off early morning as he had no appointments left so would have to fit it amongst his other work (expiry for MOT imminent) We were phoned to say car was ready in a timely manner. He and his receptionist friendly and helpful as always.

Formby MOT is an amazing garage, we always use them for our 3 vehicles! Yet again they gave us excellent service. We took our car for its MOT at the time specified and were advised to pick it up 50 mins later. We did this and it was ready and had passed. The staff are always polite, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable

Jason and the team at Formby MOT are always welcoming, obliging and super efficient. On the occasion they gave us their usual amazing service - they went that extra mile to make our repair affordable and to complete the work earlier then promised so my wife could get to an emergency Dental appointment.

I have been dealing with this garage for around 11 years, as have members of my family, providing MOTs and services yearly for our vehicles. This time, they have provided us with excellent service, they clearly know who to treat their customers. This was never more evident on the 3rd April 2023 when my car developed a water leak. I called them and was asked to bring the vehicle in that afternoon. My most grateful thanks to their mechanic Ian, for putting up with the problem right. WHEN I WENT TO PAY THERE WAS NO CHASE!!!
