Called in the morning, noise had developed from Front wheels. The team identified that the brake discs and pads needed replacing; they ordered the parts and fitted them on the same day - Great service ????

I took my Hyundai i40 in to Frettenham Service Station for its MOT.. The work done on my car was to a high standard.. The staff there are very professional and go out of their way to offer a really good service.. The car was even returned to my house at the end of the working day so I didn't even have to go back to the garage to collect it.. That's good 'old fashioned' service for you.....

I have used this garage for the past 6 years and have always found them very helpful and courteous. I believe their prices are fair and have never had cause for complaint. I would recommend them without doubt.

Frettenham are the MOST genuine, approachable and friendly bunch. They talk to you like a human and don't treat you like an idiot for asking questions or not understanding something. They go out of their way to do things as economically as possible for you and I know they won't rip me off and trust them completely.

I got a free RAC health check. But the garage I tried to book it with never got back to me. The RAC told me to get it done and they would refund me the money. So I picked the garage I chose to do my MOT and service last year. And they have booked me in for the recommended work. And will pick my car up from home. All in all wonderfully service. I will be able to drive to Devon in September knowing the car is ok.

Very friendly staff that work at Frettenham service station. Always happy to help and accommodate you. Never had any issues using this garage. . Last year when I almost ran over my MOT they managed to squeeze me in last minute. Having used this garage for the last 8 years, I can definitely recommend them.

Staff were very polite and helpful, called back when they said they would. Managed to get my car in quicker than expected, and had the work done within a few hours, which sorted the problem. Excellent work and most importantly excellent customer service.

The team in the workshop I haven't had the pleasure of meeting personally, but they are helpful, hardworking and the work they do is excellent. Barry in the front desk is such a joy to be around, always happy and helpful and ready for a laugh. Barry's customer service is off the scale :) overall great garage.

Staff are really kind and friendly and could not have been more willing to help. They give me every confidence that I can trust them to do a good job at a reasonable cost and as a widow who knows nothing about cars that means a lot.
