Had MOT today - staff are always knowledgeable about my vehicle and advised me of upcoming costs expected in the following 12 months and put reminders to contact me when those things may be needed - this just takes the pressure off the customer and gives peace of mind that the vehicle is in the best hands at all times, MOT, service, repairs etc fantastic.

I was highly recommend buy a individual who had been in the motor trade Gethin for 50yrs I took his invaluable experience, and my god it paid off believe me they went above the call of duty. This company is a amazing well trained unit from your first call at reception right up to job completion, Garden city, keeps you informed about your vehicle at all times. It's a throwback to the highest standards of the past I will not give praise easily it has to be earned I can't explain how friendly all the people are and how they are able to produce their highest standards of craftsmanship It's got to come down from the top. Having been let down by another garage I made some phone calls to get my car repaired I was quoted within minutes by Garden City and I booked in with them. I later found out that the original garage and completely miss informed me, however Garden City were first class in the service they provided. I am now looking at using them got all my motoring needs and using them for other cars in the house hold. Highly recommended them. THANKS

Always have a fabulous service from this family run garage, another example of how fab they are... Im lucky enough to live on same road as this garage, I phoned them to tell them my car wouldn't start, Friday a.m Gareth had one of his team with me within 15 minutes, gave me a courtesy car, took my car back to the garage, to sort out, I was actually 12 mins late for work, my car was repaired by lunchtime, new alternator, new battery.. I couldn't get back from work to collect it before they closed, was able to keep the courtesy car over the weekend until Monday, enabling me to carry on working in the community... I just can't say how grateful I was...Many thanks to Garden City Garage.

Great garage, every aspect from the moment they had my car I was kept up to date with progress sorted me out with a courtesy car which they didn't have to do. Was also £700 cheaper than the main dealer and customer service was 10x better, can't fault the service at all.
