About Us...
We are a Vehicle Service and Repair Garage situated in South Shields. The business has been established for over 30 years and has been operating as Gary Tuck Workshops Ltd since 2007, carrying out Servicing, Maintenance, Diagnostics, Tyre Replacement and MOT’s, aswell as a full range of other vehicle repairs (batteries, clutches, brakes, exhaust, suspension, steering, welding etc.).
We offer fixed price servicing at competitive rates, using genuine car parts of original equipment (O.E.) or matched quality standard, which means your warranty is protected thanks to a useful piece of legislation known as Block Exemption which works in your favour and protects your rights when you use an independent garage
We can carry out MOT Tests on
•Class 4 (cars and vans up to 3000kg)
•Class 7 (Vans up to 3500kg)
•Motor Homes (upto 3000kg).
M.O.T – Your Safety, Our Responsibility
We offer Tyres at competitive rates, a Puncture Repair service, and Laser Wheel Alignment (Tracking).

As part of our efforts to give our customers the very best experience, we always estimate the cost of repairs before starting, we always contact our customers before carrying out any additional work, and we always estimate prices that include parts, labour and VAT.
We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction offering a collection and delivery service to customers when required. We have the facility to arrange for invoices to be emailed to customers and also offer a postal/email reminder service for Service and MOT’s.
