Highly recommended garage. Professional and friendly staff. Well laid out and comfortable waiting area with a window to the workshop. Variety of drinks and restroom available. 3rd MOT done here now and always done at the appointed time and within a more than reasonable time frame. Which reflects the organisation and skill of the shop and staff. Also very easy to get to with plenty of parking and station right next door.

Always a great experience at this garage. The staff are professional and friendly. The waiting room is well laid out and comfortable, with a variety of drinks available and a restroom. You can see your car through a window. And most importantly; it's easy to get to with plenty of parking and the train station right next-door. 3rd MOT now, and each time it's always done at the appointed time, at the time slot - compared to other garages where you're left waiting for ages. Highly recommended.

my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the staff. The service I received was top-notch. The mechanics were knowledgeable and skilled, and they took the time to explain any issues with my vehicle in a way that I could understand. They were also very efficient, as my van was repaired in a timely manner. What impressed me the most was the honesty and transparency of the garage. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or services, and they provided me with a detailed breakdown on my vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend this garage to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance. The staff, facility, and service are all outstanding. I will definitely be returning for any future car/van needs.

We have tried a few garages over the years, but this one has been the best for us. . Staff always polite, Warren and the 2 lovely ladies. Sorry don't know her name. Work carried out is always done to a high standard and ready when they say it will be. . Plus they will fit you in at a time that suits you and offer a lift home if you need it. . Clean reception area with comfy sofa and Tea/Coffee making facilities are there to use free of charge. Toilets are also very clean. . I can not fault this garage, they seem honest as well as polite with fair prices. I will definitely use them for as long as we can and will highly recommend them to others.

This was my first time visiting the garage and I have to say I’m really impressed with everything. From first stepping into the waiting area which is clean, tidy and inviting to talking through all the work my car needed doing. I will most definitely be coming back here. The mechanics are first class and very approachable.

My regular garage shut down so gave these guys a try.. . Friendly, clean and lovely coffee machine.. Capped by complete trust from warren who said he would call me later for payment as the machine had frozen.. . Also Warren explained my problem in a way i could understand and not like i was also a mechanic.

I am a self employed Hackney carriage driver and work nights. The staff at Groves always accommodate my unusual drop off and pick up times and the work is first class. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I trust them 100% with my vehicle and would not trust anyone else with my taxi. Highly recommend them and the service they provide.
