What fantastic service with friendly helpful staff - booked in by my brother on a fleeting visit from the West Country - to maintain the consistency of the MOT garage - found faults and fixed straight away - could not fault and will be traveling across next year for the renewal - could not fault and worth the two hour journey - highly recommended

Amazing, trustworthy, honest, friendly, professional and sound advice, combined with great service - what more could you ask for? 20.09.23 - Despite my car was serviced at Mercedes Brooklands within the last 3 weeks. Mercedes failed to pass on some friendly/helpful advice that my MOT had expired 02 Aug 23. I called several garages (including Mercedes) and described my plight. This was the only garage that offered to squeeze me in for the following morning, despite they have circa 13 MOTs schedule for the day (think I called around 4.30pm the day before). It passed, but the advice was in order to preserve the tyres for a little longer, I should maybe consider an alignment, naturally, I booked in for next week. I live in Cobham, not exactly on my doorstep, but now I will not go anywhere else. And, I shall also tell my family and friends of their complete transparency, honesty and professionalism. A few days ago, I had a puncture which leaked air as soon as it was inflated. I managed to get to Hersham Service Station , who had serviced the car a week or so b4, so when they checked the tyres to order a new one, the wonderfully helpful Receptionist said I didn't do enough mileage to merit a very expensive tyre thus saving me a great deal of money. They also managed to source the tyre, fit it, and I was on my way back to London within a few hours. I rate them 10 out of 10 for everything. They are a RAC approved garage dealing with all makes and models.

Excellent garage! always top notch, trustworthy and friendly service. The receptionist and mechanics are more than happy to help and will explain clearly with no jargon exactly what’s wrong and what’s needed to fix it. These guys are my go to with any issues with my car. Lovely people and great communication. Had an issue whereby my suspension spring went and I had to be towed to their garage by the RAC and left on their forecourt overnight. The receptionist S-J was amazing, answering my emails into the small hours of the night to help me get it sorted out - then had it fixed and ready for collection in record time! Couldn’t recommend enough

Disaster struck and I a bolt found its way into the tyre of my beloved BMW M2. Initially I ordered a brand new tyre with them but after inspection they just just applied a puncture which was a huge cost saving to me. They could have easily upsold me but they didn't. Lady on the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable so I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you very much 5 stars well deserved.

Amazing service today- I had an urgent problem with my car so took it over this morning- I wasn't booked in but they managed to diagnose the problem with my VW engine and get it all fixed today. They also showed me the damaged spark plugs so I could see the problem- I thoroughly recommend this garage for excellent service and transparent work. Thank you so much - 5 stars

Wonderful level of service from Hersham Service Station. Greg and his team went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my Ford Focus. I had an issue with my dashboard comms. Not only were they able to take the job on quicker than anyone else, they completed the work ahead of schedule. The staff are very friendly and I would recommend them to anybody who needs a honest and reliable garage in the area.

Very happy with the service provided by this car garage. My car needed new tyres and brakes which was identified during its annual MOT. The garage was clear in explaining what needed fixing and how long it would take. I would recommend this car garage to anyone in the local area needing their car fixed.

Spoke with the lovely receptionist to get booked in for a diagnostic as i had an engine management light on. The technicians quickly diagnosed my car fixed the fault and got me back on the road. Cant fault them and will be returning for my service. Thanks so much will be recommending to everyone!

Really fab car service. Spotted a few things that needed doing to my car so phoned me with a price and was able to fit in repairs the same day! Now I can relax at my MOT next month knowing it should pass with flying colours. Really recommend this garage. Very polite staff would highly recommend

The garage is a friendly business who has become trusted in the space of my household's annual MOTs for both vehicles. Any proposed work coming out of an evaluation or inspection is presented in a professional and easily digestible format. The appointment time slots are honoured, and expectations through communications are always on the mark. The recent MOT leading to this form completion was for a 2017 petrol Mini Cooper, and the one outstanding action item (e.g., windscreen wiper replacement) was sourced from a nearby supplier all within a couple hours and minimal inconvenience. Keep up the good work, HSS!

I was in a panic cos I heard a metal grinding noise from rear brakes. Knew immediately that it sounded like brake pads needed replacing, so phoned Hersham Service Station They fitted me in immediately after I finished work. I was back on the road within two hours, after having new pads and discs fitted. Very reasonably priced. Absolutely brilliant service from a really friendly company. Many thanks to Sarah Jane for fitting me in. Service like this is invaluable to anybody Self Employed.. Kind regards. Stuart
