Having always had Motability vehicles. I had no idea where to go to when I went back to a "used car" Came recommended, and rightly so. Excellent customer service, no problem with price and got the car fixed in a fw days.

Holbrook Motor Services collected my car, called me to advise of the worked needed and completed the work within the day. My vehicle was delivered back to me and the employee talked me through the work completed. Very helpful staff and pleasant and engaging.

Excellent service, phoned garage at 8am with concern over noisy front o/s suspension, ask to bring in car by 9am and fault identified. Suspension spring broken, spring and bearing replaced and car collected at 4.30pm same day. Intend to return for servicing

Very helpful. They explained everything that needed doing. Didn't make me feel stupid as I know nothing about cars. Told me I could ring up or bring car in if I had any problems or questions would use again and will 100% recommend! :)

Whatever the issue is nothing is too much trouble .Took my car in to be checked as I was having issues with 2nd gears. Convinced it would be a new gear box and I dreaded the cost. The team diagnosed an issue with the earthing cable ( a previous fix from a recovery team a few days earlier) impacting on the gear. Well, fixed and up and running in 30 mins and saved me so much money! Thank you!

was recommended to use this garage by a good friend, as he had always used them, and my other mechanic had retired, booked in with Dan the owner, was very polite, service and mot, work was completed on the same day, and a great price, i could not believe how clean and tidy the place was for a garage, tea coffee and biscuits' in mot viewing room, the wall is full of cards from happy customers saying how well they had done, what a wonderful place to bring your car, just wish i had used them all them years ago thanks HMS

Contacted Dan as I had a problem with the starter motor. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and repaired within 24hrs. Would definitely use Holbrook Motor Services again customer service was impeccable nothing was too much hassle.

The team Holbrook Motors services are a rare find, friendly/ efficient and don't rip you off. They are honest about safety issues and don't cut corners, take the time to explain the work they are doing they are doing, and they are extremely flexible. accommodating a very last-minute request from me despite being busy. Every journey is important and my ignition switch failed when had to sort my daughter in slow labour. John + Dan should wear a cape as they are hero's, took my car and they dropped everything to get me on the road. My car is A1 now and daughter safe knowing i can drive to maternity no issues

Car had just failed the mot on a wheel bearing. I rang Dan for a quote which was spot on, booked the car in for the repair and was done and ready for me to collect within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service and communication
