Excellent service, mechanics who know what they are doing and don't try and carry out work that isn't necessary. Great to have somewhere that provides good, honest and reliable service. They have been looking after my car as well as my husbands old banger for about 2 years and cannot fault them.

They did a brilliant job checking the Air Conditioning of my 2011 Subaru. Before refilling servicing and refilling the Gas. It is nice and chilled ready for my holiday.

I have been a customer of Hydes of Boroughbridge for the last 12 years, and l have always found them to be reliable and helpful. Not only have l had my cars serviced there, l have also bought a used BMW from them (which is still running nicely).

Completely reliable and trustworthy garage that I have used for years. My clutch went and I had to be recovered over the weekend. Car needed to get to work. Spoke to Malcolm before they even opened Monday morning and he sorted me a courtesy car. Fitted the work in despite being fully booked for the week. Car back by Wednesday morning and work carried out plus little extras. Pricing quote accurate.

Having been recommended by a friend, I have been using this garage for a few years now for MOT, servicing & repairs & have always had excellent service. It is good to be able to speak to the person who has actually done the work. Several times, they have been able to diagnose faults & carry out repairs at short notice & always try to help if they can. They provide a courtesy car. They are very knowledgable, I have complete confidence in them & I have always been very satisfied with their work. Their charges are very reasonable. For this latest repair, I had noticed a rattle/noise from the rear of the car. I called in & they diagnosed the fault, ordered the part & made me an appointment to have it fitted. The job was then carried out very quickly. Both the mechanics & the receptionist were, as always very friendly & helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
