Booked for a full service and MOT for my wife's Mini Countryman. JB Motors have been servicing both my car and my wife's car for over five years. Gary Baby and his team are always welcoming and take the time to explain the work that has been done on the cars. We trust them implicitly and know that if we ever have any problems with our cars, they will sort it out for us. It is always a good sign when you take your car to their garage, that they have plenty of other cars to work on as well. The workplace is well organised. Having both the car service and MOT completed on the same day is an extra bonus.

I always receive excellent service here. The work is of high quality, prices are reasonable, with repairs they always explain the work they have done and they let me know if they feel a repair is unnecessary. They also give really helpful advice. I have been using them for about 5 years and cannot fault them.

I asked for a full service within a small amount of time and the guys did an excellent job. Including Engine oil, all filters and rear brake discs and pads. And I am very happy with the work they have done in a professional manner and within a short period of time. So I could go to work knowing the professionals have been on the job. I'm very happy with the service and care and attention to detail.

They chaps at JB Motors are second to none .Prior to retiring I worked for a JCB dealership,so I have experience of guys who can and those who don't ,I have total faith in the standard of workmanship,and the standard of the repairs .They should be proud of their reputation it is richly deserved.. They treat you with respect and listen ,and what's more they care ,myself and my sister would not consider going anywhere else .. Thank you JB Motors .

This is a superb garage I have used it for 30 years plus. All the team are very efficient and friendly. They will go above and beyond to help everyone out. Never had bad service from this garage would recommend everyone to try it. But make sure you don't take up all the bookings and leave me one.

Whenever I have a car problem, the garage staff are always so helpful; they treat me as an individual and give me a personal service. This week, several warning lights appeared on my dashboard, whilst I was driving. I went straight to my Auto care garage, who took the car in immediately and fitted dealt with it in between the other cars that had already been booked in. They were flexible, responsive and attentive to my concerns - just what I needed.. Whenever I have contacted the main dealers, the best they have ever done is offer an appointment for some time in the future. Moreover, the cost difference for repairs between the main dealer and my Auto Care garage is really significant.

As an older lady driver i am afraid that i will be taken for a ride by garages. it has happened in the past. i have total confidence in the guys at j b motors and i trust them implicitly. my son is a mechanic who lives some distance away from here and he can be quite critical of his profession. he is more than happy with the way jb motors serve his mum!
