We are a family run garage, established over 25 years. We look after the motoring needs of the people of Wigan and Bolton and all surrounding areas. We are able to service, repair and MOT (class 4) all makes and models of cars and light commercial vehicles. We specialize in diagnostics and general services and repairs.

All work undertaken on my vehicle is always to the highest standard. The lovely people at JW motors always make sure that the work is completed in a timely fashion and incredibly efficiently. They are friendly and approachable and never make me feel intimidated as a woman without a mechanical mind. They always explain the work needed and undertaken so that I can understand everything necessary. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Thank you for changing my timing belt and water pump, I am happy in the knowledge that my next years motoring should be hassle free.

been going to this garage for over 20 years will not go anywhere else they have never let me down always fair and reliable ,its such a reliable garage you need to book it in for regular repairs or a service but in an emergency they will do there very best to squeeze it in ,it's not always possible but that's down to the success of the garage.

As long as this garage exist I will go no were else good people and always fair and trustworthy, I have been going hear over 30 years and they have never let me down. I once went there after another garage told me my piston rings had gone when my oil warning light would not go out quoted me en astronomical price so I tried this garage and before looking at the car suggested changing an oil pressure switch they told me were it was how to change it and were to get it from if that was the problem and I changed it myself it would cost me peanuts and it would only take me 2 minuets explaining that I they did it it would cost labor charges i minimum of 1 hour .The switch cost less than a Fiver and I did it myself in five minuets and it worked .From that day I haven't been to another except for a tire change .
