The customer service was attentive and polite, all the staff I met were really helpful. The mechanic explained very clearly what may or may not be the problem and investigated the most likely cause first and subsequently went on to find the source of the problem.. Excellent, skilful and thoughtful service. Excellent all rounders.

I was treated with courtesy and respect from the first from all employees I spoke to. My requirements were listened to, understood and followed. I was offered a convenient day and time for the work, which was kept to, I was notified when the car was ready, and the paperwork was all done when I collected it. The bill was clear and reasonable, and I am more than happy with the quality of the work done.
