I am so grateful for the team at KG Cars. I called asking for help and got an appointment very quickly. Everyone I interacted with was so lovely and the work carried out really quickly. I was quoted a price before it was carried out, then after it was done I was told that they'd been able to do it for a much cheaper price, I was thrilled. As a woman, some garages tend to take advantage of that, especially as I don't know much about cars, but I felt very confident and happy with the information I was given and the work that was carried out. I will definitely be returning for my annual MOTs and services. Thank you all.

Kevin Griffin have always been reliable and reasonably priced. For this service and MOT the booking process was easy - they checked to confirm whether it was a big or small service and booked it at a convenient time for me. It was simple dropping off the car and they checked my contact details before I left. My car must have been one of the first they looked at as they called me not too much later to advise that my front brake pads and discs were worn and wouldn't last until the next service - they told me the cost of replacing them and advised how much longer they should last if I chose not to replace them now. I appreciated being given the option of when to have this work undertaken. No further problems and I was texted when the car was ready to collect. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Car sadly failed MOT but repaired and good customer service, including a car to get me home as mine sadly had to stay the night. I trust and value their opinion on my car and around its safety. My Car is 20 years old and has always been serviced and had its MOT with the team. Only once has it had to go in to them outside of these for a minor repair. They play their part in keeping it running well and still on the road. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Trust is key in many areas of life, Trust with your Garage is close to the top of that list in my opinion!

We have been customers of this garage for over 20 years and have always found the staff helpful and friendly. They are efficient and reliable and charges are reasonable.. Trustworthy,when breakdown man prescribed new ignition coil Kevin Griffin advised WD40, which solved the problem. Would not go to any other garage now. Reckon KG . Is the best garage in the Horsham area.

Great garage that I would recommend to others. I dropped my car in for a suspension issue, they investigated quickly and were communicative throughout.
