A small garage close to my home, the staff are friendly and helpful, Due to their popularity there is always a delay in getting an appointment, but if you turn up with a small problem they will sort you out there and then and always refuse to charge for helping you out. From the outside of their building you get the impression that they are not a 'proper' garage, but once you get inside the inside of their immaculately clean and tidy garage it is obvious that they have invested in all the latest professional equipment and know exactly how to use it. My favorite thing is the chair next to the lifting ramp where you can sit and watch them MOT your car. If they find a problem they are happy for you to go under the car with them and see for yourself what is wrong.
