I had a few recommendations to use lodge for my repair, unfortunately my car took 10 days before they could do the work, I understand it was a fairly big job but it took me a week to get booked in and then once I dropped the car at the garage another 10 days before it got on the ramp to do the work. Not sure if a long wait is usual but I am grateful for the work either way.. . The staff were apologetic for the wait and were professional and polite throughout.. . was an expensive fix too at £800 but I trust that they gave me the best price based on the recommendations I had.. . Car is now making a squeaky noise from a replacement belt that was fitted so booked in for a check on the 22nd July. . . I have every confidence they will fix the noise and I'm hopeful it doesn't cost anything extra.

Brill service as always. Was an emergency repair, I dropped it off on the same day and they got it sorted within 24hours. Really nice guys, always happy to explain anything and everything!

I have used Lodge service station in the past and had excellent service.Always keep you updated on progress and any extra costs.. Had an issue on my latest visit but it was dealt with proffessionally and swiftly when raised with the management.. Would not hesitate to reccommend.

I honestly don't think I've ever recieved a better service at a garage, as a young women you can often get belittled at car garages however all of the staff made me feel nothing but welcome. Everything was explained to me in simple English instead of mechanical words that I don't understand and I felt like I left actually knowing what was wrong with my car and how to fix it would recommend highly to anyone and every one. It was a beautiful start to my day which often taking your car to a garage can not be. Honestly couldn't be happier.

Lodge have always been excellent, it?s very difficult to find a trustworthy service provider for VW & Skoda so really lucked out finding Lodge a few years ago. Staff are always courteous and knowledgable? I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else.
