Really excellent service. Asked if car could be tested in the morning to fit in with a voluntary commitment. By 09.30 had a call to say it was completed. Very good pre and apres service at the reception. Good advice given on when tyres should be replaced in the future. Would highly recommend Main Motors.

So happy with the outcome, amazing boss and staff, pinpointed the fault, and fixed the fault even squeezing me in as an addition to their very busy schedule of work. Very professional, and took time to explain things to a very mechanical illiterate person such as myself, who just knows how to turn the key and expect the engine to jump to life.. . I would certainly recommend this garage to anyone as they gave my car excellent service.

I LOVE this garage. Not only is the work always excellent and prompt. The manager and all the people who work there are so friendly, helpful and kind. It reminds me of how things used to be (I am 77 years old), They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me. My daughter and other people I know who use this garage feel the same way. I actually enjoy going there and also know that they are completely trustworthy which certainly is not the case in all garages. I could not recommend it enough

At least 3 members of the public facing team always greet you by your first name and never forget even if 6 months ago was your previous visit!! That alone means something to me. . . There's always eye contact and an explanation on why work needs doing or even a reason why its not needed immediately.. . I would recommend this garage without hesitation :0) always look forward to returning to this garage even if it's to spend hundreds .. hehehe

Honda CRV left with Ali Main and his team at Main Motors, Elgin, Moray, IV30 6AA today for service and checking of brakes. On collection, Ali went through the invoice with me and explained fully the work done on the brakes which involved the necessary replacement of rear brake discs, pads and brake shoe set. This included all necessary adjustments and testing.. . Main Motors offer a first-class, competitively priced vehicle service outlet. All the staff are courteous and helpful and I would recommend the team to anyone wanting good servicing of their vehicle.

Allie and his team always go the eztra mile when you need them. Last winter when I needed cross climate tyres for my vehicle , they spent days tetung to source them for me and managed to achieve them at a great price and fitted them the same day they arrived.
