I was expecting a much higher bill as they'd anticipated 6+ hrs labor, but it came in at just 3hrs. I was impressed by their service, as always and even told my neighbor about them.

Everything went according to plan. Car picked up and delivered back AND THEY EVEN WASJED IT!! - brilliant. I did mention to the receptionist that I had a slow puncture in one tyres. She said that would be picked up but it was not.

From the moment I walked in, Steve and his team couldn't have been more helpful. You feel you are in capable and honest hands - a rare combination in garages oddly - As a woman I wasn't treated any different and knew they wouldn't exploit a single woman. Fantastic.

Excellent service as ever, gearbox diagnosed and fixed in an hour problem identified. Was my brake pad they re-booked to replace it, excellent customer service giving lifts to/from the garage.

The mechanic found the fault and repaired the faulty item. It was the heater system which now works again.

As a single lady, it's really difficult to find a garage that you can trust but I think I may have found it with Mellors. Very helpful and kind staff and really efficient service. I'm really pleased and have already booked in again! Thanks Steve & Chris :)

As always at Mellors, car returned cleaner than when I left it with them. Nice touch, repair to good standard and reasonably priced.

I took my Dacia Sandero to be looked at because the heater control switch didnt turn all the way. Mellors found the fault and told me they would need to order a replacement heater unit. I will leave my car with them at a later date to do the repair job.

Very good communication, excellent pick up and return service. Great with wash and hoover on return. Just one smell issue to sort out but nothing major to give concern. Overall very happy as only ever used main dealerships before for service needs

The service both customer and engineering experience at Mellors is of the highest standard. From the moment i presented with the team with the problem they were on the case, diagnosed, parts ordered and job done by the next day. Fantastic service in every respect.The icing on the cake was the complete valet and door to door delivery of the vehicle included in the work. I would recommend Mellors to people in the future and in fact have today done just that. Well done Mellors.
