I have been using this garage for over 20 years, and my family before me always used this garage, even when owners have changed the service and customer service has not it has always been top notch. I have moved around the UK and have been forced to use other garages which have not matched Neasham, I try to plan all my work for when I'm in the northe east so I can use this garage

I have used this garage for over 30 years and have ALWAYS had excellent service.The staff have always kept me informed of the work which needed to be carried out, they are trustworthy and always carry out any work needed to a very high standard.I recommend anyone to use this garage if they want excellent work carried out at very reasonable prices

What makes this garage outstanding amongst others is that staff are always professional and helpful, and will go to great lengths to ensure the reason for repair is always explained thoroughly, so as a customer one can make an informed choice. This is particularly important when you have little to no knowledge of cars (such as myself). I always recommend it to my family and friends, and will continue to do so.

This garage is fabulous! Everyone who works here has your best interests at heart, from timings, to communication, advice, price and effort I can't praise them enough. A family business, everyone treats eachother respectfully and politely - not only the customers but their own team too. Great value for money, local and friendly - what more could I want from a garage?

The garage is conveniently located in Darlington town centre, Dawn on reception is incredibly friendly, the garage is in touch throughout the work to give progress updates regarding my vehicle and the work is completed to a high standard. From start to finish the team have been great, working extensively to find a fault that many other garages missed. . . They could have told me that a part of my car which was super expensive needed replacing but we're honest and said there was a hole that needed welding.. . I couldn't thank them enough. . . A crying lady went it. . . A happy lady came out.
