They are so good always phone and tell you if a problem and how much it would cost to put right and will never do any work until you approve it. Also if you have trouble getting to the garage They will pick the car up and drop it back to you. Fantastic team.

Been using the guys at Orchard Works for 8 years servicing and repairing 4 different vehicles. In a world of ever decreasing customer service standards, these guys still get that the small things make the biggest difference - flexibility, honest advice, confidence that they are only doing what is necessary and good workmanship. Just decent all round guys.

As a Taxi Driver I need regularly service on my car and MOT plus TAXI MOT but always when I need this Service Orchard Works Garage with location on Parsonage Lane, Sawbridgeworth always they help me and do a great job as a mechanic and MOT they always are very nice staff, very friendly, respectful ( they do them job properly ) they have a breakdown recovery is well which they can help any time if you’re breakdown. Thank you for your help and your excellent service keep this way Orchard Works Garage

Used this garage now for about 8 years, wouldn't go anywhere else, they look after all of our vans and personal vehicles, they understand we are a very busy company and need our vans on the road virtually 24hrs a day and even though they are busy themselves they always go above and beyond to accommodate us and that is something that is very hard to come by nowadays, these guys really are the best at what they do. Thanks to Simon & the team.
