I decided to go to a local garage for the servicing and Mot of my current vehicle after the Citroen main dealer branch 13 miles away from me, that I'd used since purchasing a used vehicle from them in 2014, informed me that if wished to continue using their service department I would be welcome at their Norwich main dealer. I declined their offer as it would involve a round trip in excess of 120 miles! They have done me a favour in doing so as I now believe I have found an excellent solution to my problem under 15 minutes walk from home. All seems good so far, having covered 300+ miles since a full service and Mot. Brilliant service from a friendly professional team. Why have I waited so long to use such a highly recommended local garage!

I always get a quote that has never been understated. The work is quick and reliable. I'm informed immediately if there is a problem that they come across during my MOT, so that I'm aware if it needs to be repaired to pass, or if I want to wait. When I have a diagnostic done, I'm again, called to let me know the expected cost for the work. I truly love this garage and have always been happy with everything they have done.

From the first day I entered on my own I have never felt uncomfortable with the staff. As a single woman this is a very big thing indeed. I have never felt intimated or belittled by any of the staff even when asking a daft question. They are always welcoming and very helpful., and also seem to manage to look at the car when you have a funny noise etc. Basically they are a great garage pity there are not more like this one.

Have been a customer here since 2016. Always an excellent service with friendly and staff, both on reception and in the workshop. Should you need a repair, they will always explain the problem and give an estimated cost. It is a family run garage and nothing is too much trouble. . . I called in yesterday after backing the car into an unforgiving post and damaging the rear light cluster. The part was ordered there and then, it arrived this morning and was fitted this afternoon. They also refitted the front fog light trim which was coming adrift. Five star service that doesn't break the bank. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

All our cars have been looked after by paradise Garage for all their years we are really pleased with the service we get and everyone goes out of their way to help like today they collected my car as I wouldn't drive it to them in case it stopped on the way I phoned to tell them early and they came and picked it up and had it ready for me to collect before End of the days business who could ask for more? That's customer care for you that you don't get in other garages and we tell our friends how lucky we are to have paradise garage close by.
