Great local garage in Heacham offering all makes repairs, servicing, MOT's and much more.
Alan has been in the motor trade for over 40 years, trained in a Ford dealership. Worked for Brands Hatch Racing School. Had his own garage in Bromley (Kent) for over 30 years. Raced Auto Cross throughout the 70's then National Hot Rods. Semi-retired to Norfolk before starting up Station Road Garage.
Steve joined his father's business on leaving school in 1986, where he did an apprenticeship, and is still attending courses up to now to further his depth of knowledge. Moved to Norfolk in 2005 where he joined Wayne's Autos before buying the business. Has air-con gas handling certificate and MOT Tester and Manager. Raced Hot Rods throughout the 90's, where he was Club Champion 3 years in a row, came second 2 years in a row in the National Championships.
Graham, after leaving school went to work as a mechanic for J & W Autos in Dartford Kent. Later he went on to work in London for 5 years as a mechanical engineer. He has always been involved at his fathers garage and has been buying and selling used cars for over 20 years. He moved to Norfolk in 2007 to become a partner in Station Road Garage, his main roles are as a mechanic, MOT Tester and car sales man.

When you don't know anything about your vehicle.. Ask them the the question they tell you the answers they carry out the work in a professional way and keep you informed of price and what the job entails.. Very pleasant people to deal with.

The usual friendly service - a comfort that your expert engineers enjoy their work and go the extra mile when asked to check tyre pressures etc when the car is not booked in for a service - they always find time when I pop in if needing advice.

I needed an auxiliary belt and tensioner replaced. Although a very busy garage, they squeezed me in as I was about to do a 6hr round trip with 3 kiddos in the car. I was very luckily they were able to obtain the tensioner the same day. I didn’t have to waste money renting a car. I’m now safely back from my trip to London seeing family. How lucky am I?!

Booked my car in for rear ABS sensors following a breakdown in Peterborough. Earliest booking was 2 weeks time as they are so busy but not a problem as we have use of another car. On the booked day my car wouldn't start. After failed attempts I called he garage to cancel they said 'no problem' and turned up within 15 mins and jump started my car from their power pack. I took the car to the garage and left it with them. 11:15 I received a call telling me it was all fixed including a new battery and anti freeze top up. What great service! I've never had that in all my years with Volvo dealers. Charge rates are very reasonable and they didn't even charge me for the call-out. Although I usually live in Rutland I will be bringing my car back to them for service.

Recently bereaved, I didn't realise the cam belt on my car had to be replaced at 5 years. The cost at Volkswagen was extortionate and when I approached Station Road Garage they made me feel at ease & went above & beyond to help me & fit the cam belt. I will always use this garage in the future.

Station Road Garage has met all my motoring needs for some years now. The staff are friendly, polite and go out of their way to help. They provide excellent service and their charges are reasonable - I never feel they are taking advantage of me. Others clearly feel as I do. In Heacham, you will hear nothing but kind words and appreciation for the garage and the team. They provide a vital service and they are an invaluable part of the community.

This is a small family run business which has been going for a good number of years, all the staff are fantastic they always have a smile, nothing is to much trouble and they are all very knowledgeable. .
