Called them I needed front and rear wiper blades. They ordered the wipers called me saying wipers are here and fitted them. Excellent service always polite.

When my Ford Mondeo would not start the breakdown company made little effort to get the bonnet open and literally dumped my wife at your garage and drove off. My local friend who is a mechanic said give it 2 liberal doses of WD40 and I got the bonnet open, despite knowing very little about cars. They eventually recovered my wife to Theydon Garage at 16:30 on a Friday afternoon leaving them no time to get the bonnet open and fit a new battery. The problem did turn out to be a dead battery. On Monday when the Garage opened they got the bonnet open and fitted a top of the range Lucas battery, phoned and said the car was fixed, gave me the price which was very reasonable and I paid on the spot. On Friday afternoon the very kind Gentleman then asked my wife how she would get back to her friend, and again, were very courteous and kindly gave her a life back to her friends house. I would like to conclude by thanking for your kindness, and for the fabulous service Theydon Garage provided. We live in Norfolk, but if we lived in Chigwell, you would be our first garage of choice.
