Established in 1920 we are and always have been a family run business. We offer servicing, MOT, repairs, tyres, welding and diagnostics for all makes and models of cars and light commercials. I have used Turners previously, mainly for obtaining parts, in which they have always proved themselves highly efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I normally carry out DIY repairs, but on this occasion an obscure clutch problem proved totally insoluble to me, so I took the vehicle to Turners. They traced the fault to an internal imperfection on the bell housing casting, causing the clutch release lever to foul, and modified the clutch release lever accordingly to ensure no further problems. The car now drives superbly. I give them every credit for their expertise in diagnosing and rectifying this thorny issue, which had rendered the vehicle idle for months, and which had totally defeated myself trying to fathom. There are garage fitters in plenty out there, but genuine, conscientious auto engineers are an altogether rarer breed, and I'd definitely put Turners in the latter category. A quality repair job, representing excellent value for money, particularly in light of the extensive, involved nature of the work. Would most certainly use them again. The AutoCare group are most assuredly well represented through the standard of service offered by Turners Garage, and I'd be only too ready to recommend them to other motorists.

Excellent prompt service on this and previous occasions. recently, my son's car was left at the garage at night by a recovery truck, and was repaired by 09.15 the next morning with a new coil pack and sparking plugs. outstanding service!
