A family member recommended Victoria Motors when my car started leaking oil. They were honest from the first call. They advised they would struggle to fit me in, but offered to have a look so we had an idea of what the issue was. They refused to take money for diagnosing the problem even though it took time out of their day. They had a lot on and could not fit me in for a while so I called the local dealer. The local dealer diagnosed a range of issues and wanted over £3000. I called Victoria Motors back and they said it would be a few weeks before they could fit me in. Three weeks later I got the call to tell me the damage. It was what they initially diagnosed and the cost was 10% of what the dealership wanted! Victoria Motors confirmed the work that the dealership recommended was not required and they saved me over £2500! They are honest and friendly and I would not use any other garage from now on!

I have used this garage for years and nothing is any trouble. Any issues the garage will review al short notice. My son brought his first car and they gave it a through inspection and completed some minor repairs to give us the piece of mind. Very reasonable pricing and all are lovely.

Really helpful got booked in quickly. Work was completed fast too. Really nice friendly lads and the lady on reception was very nice too. Would defiantly use this garage again. The problems on my car were easily fixed where other garages said it would be a big fix.

I had been out shopping and left my car on the back driveway, after a while I went to put the car in the garage. Placed my foot on the clutch pedal and it went straight to the floor on inspection the cable had snapped. The garage came for my car took it away and two hours later it was replaced.

I have used this garage for over 10 years. 1st went to this garage as it was the closest. Stayed here when I moved over though I pass 2 garages on the way to this one! Helpful, trustworthy and bend over backwards to help you.
