Waterville MOT Centre is a brand new purpose built garage offering services in all aspects of the motor trade. Our newly fitted service centre is fitted with the latest technology and will provide North Shields and surrounding areas with a high and honest standard of the motor trade. We aim to provide a high standard of maintenance to all our customers’ vehicles, with an honest view of any work to be carried out in order to achieve a realistic competitive price for returning customers. All our work is fully guaranteed and will be discussed with customers by our repair team previous to any work being carried out in order to complete the work to our customers’ satisfaction.
We offer fixed price servicing at competitive rates, using genuine car parts of original equipment (O.E.) or matched quality standard, which means your warranty is protected. thanks to a useful piece of legislation known as Block Exemption which works in your favour and protects your rights when you use an independent garage
M.O.T – Your Safety is our Responsibility; we can carry out MOT tests on;
Class 4 (cars and vans up to 3000kg)
Class 7 (Vans up to 3500kg)
Motor Homes (up to 3000kg).
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
As a new garage we look to give our customers a welcoming experience that gives you peace of mind every time in providing a reliable top quality service. We will always estimate and discuss available options and the cost of the repairs either in the comfort of our office or by contacting our customers via telephone to gain agreement. In the event of additional work being needed after the original estimate. All work is estimated on an inclusive basis of parts, labour and VAT.

The staff at this garage are very helpful and carried out the work on my car very professional to a high standard of workmanship. Would recommend this garage to anyone. Excellent service.

My partners car failed it’s MOT at another local garage and they couldn’t actually fit us in for the work to be carried out my partner is a community mental health nurse and needs her car for work to visit patients houses every day. I called Waterville road garage and explained the situation and the problem and asked if they could get us in sooner to get her back on the road. They were so understanding and told me to bring the car down straight away and they would take a look. Honestly they were exceptional and we are so grateful for what they have done for us. They fixed the handbrake fault and put it back through its MOT as the other garage couldn’t fit us in until a week later and wanted to charge us for something that according to guidelines should have been free. The guys even stayed back after closing to get the car fixed and went above and beyond for us. We will now be using Waterville road garage for any future repairs, services and tests and recommending them to all friends and family for the fantastic service we received. Thanks again lads.

They were very friendly and approachable to talk too, gave a realistic time to bring the car to be worked on. Car ready on time promised. Brilliant service.
