Iv known and used Paul Whittle for over 20 years. The service Paul provides is second to none. No job is ever too small or indeed to big. He is always willing to go that extra mile to serve his customers whether it’s just advice or carrying out a major job. He and his employees always explain what work was carried out and I always feel as if I’m in safe hands when I get my vehicles serviced at Whittles. On more than one occasion Paul has pulled out all the stops to fit me into a very busy schedule and make sure I was back on the road and able to continue with my busy schedule. Hi I have been a long time customers of Whittle car service for many years and the reason I keep going back to them above any other garage in the land is because you get VIP treatment from the moment you step out of your car you are met by a fully qualified technician that is keen and interested in your problem whether it be a simply service or something major, Whittles are always extremely helpful at solving your problem/issue as we are not all motor vehicle technicians and they put you to ease from the start, I find their work very professional having dropped in many times to assess the issue and see with my own eyes how they go about sorting problems from the most up to date equipment to simply a sheet over your car to prevent any scratches to paint work I believe this is the standard that all garages should follow, One of the most satisfying point I would like to make about Whittles is that when you book your car in for work they take it and work on it pretty instantly you do not have to ring to see if they have started the work all is very well organized and with Paul's experience can ascertain the length of time it will take to sort out any issue, Fantastic service with a smile,? Ps And the bill is not bad either Thanks guys Jeff
