Genuinely could not recommend this garage highly enough! I was driving home from Bridport when my car suddenly started making an extremely loud and concerning noise when accelerating. Rang this garage the next morning as it was very local to me and they offered immediate assistance as well as being really flexible; adapting to my work schedule. As a young woman who is admittedly not very good with cars [and is a first time driver/car owner] the thought of going to a garage was quite stressful as I was really worried about being ripped off/belittled but I genuinely lucked out so much here! All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and informative from start to finish and the mechanic even brought me under the car to show me what the issue was, which I really appreciated. They were happy to offer advice on any questions and concerns I had about my car and even looked over a few things for me free of charge! On the whole, the garage offers very competitive pricing and excellent service in addition to skilled and efficient workmanship. Due to the service I received I was very happy to come back with all my future car concerns and even get some cosmetic work done. The garage would have become my absolute go-to if it wasn't for me relocating out of Dorset, but i'd genuinely recommend to all those local to west dorset/the dorchester area, as well as those passing through.

I was on holiday when I had engine trouble and luckily found this garage. All the staff were very helpful indeed. The repair was done promptly and, at my request, the garage kept the car until I was able to return to collect it. The repair was clearly explained to me and I was given useful advice on what to ask my local garage when I returned home. Excellent service!

Very helpful, turned up close to closing time on a saturday with a puncture on my transit van. Fitted new tyre, very happy with the service

I have been using this garage for some time now and have always found the staff and service exceptional. All the problems with my car have been accessed and solved very quickly both with mechanical and tyre issues. I have thoroughly recommended this garage to anyone meeting friendly professional approach!!

I was driving from Cornwall to Southampton and 5 mins away from the garage noticed a bad squeeking notice from my wheel. I pulled in - quite distressed and worried because I was on my own and the 2x gentlemen were amazing. Sorted me out very quickly and settle my worry 1st class!! I carnt thank them enough

Failure of DILF (car under warranty) Dealt with warranty suppliers and new DILF fitted within 2 days. Excellent service from very helpful people. All done while we were on holiday.
